Dear dharma friends, I wasn't sure where to post this, so admin please move it to the appropriate place if here isn't ok.
I don't often make recommendations because books are a bit like art, we all have our own tastes. However, I've just got to plug this lovely book. I only heard about it via my inbox early this morning, but the description intrigued me and inspired me to buy it immediately. I'm already about a quarter of the way through which shows how unputdownable it is (and not how idle I am because honest I've been samu-ing all day today).
It's Gesshin Claire Greenwood's story; I love her down to earth, no nonsense, honest to goodness style and it feels to me like a good fit with our Treeleafness. She's a pretty outspoken woman as you can see from her blog.
This is the Amazon.com reference https://www.amazon.com/Bow-First-Ask...shin+greenwood
And this is Gesshin's blog http://thatssozen.blogspot.co.uk/
I hope some of you get to enjoy reading it as much as I am.
