As I understand Treeleaf tradition, the robe verse is recited before putting on the Rakusu. Is that true? I observe that in most sittings, the robe verse is not recited and all have their Rakusus on before the start. Can someone enlighten me on proper protocol?

Hi Kyosui,

That is because the folks with a Rakusu would have recited the Verse of the Kesa, and put on the Rakusu, before coming.
