Who told you that about some "root chakra?" However, feeling connected is always good.

        I can feel by myself.

When I did 50day fasting ,I felt such feeling, and sat at Antaiji also.

But now I am at different feeling.

I feel this is basic position, feeling to way of Bosatsu.

          Hi Kakunen,

I am sure that the feeling is real, the unity is real.

However, I am very skeptical that there is such a thing as a "root chakra." There is no "root chakra."

In any case, it has never been an aspect of Buddhist belief. Zen monks should not speak about some "root chakra." Please do not speak about chakras.

            I do not think so.

But I will not talk about it here.

I know difficult to talk and feel about it.

But when we do Yoga,we sometimes think about it.

I do not think,Treeleaf refuse Yoga.

And my top of head changed shapes.
            This is fact.

Anyway I will not talk about it.

              Start winter Sesshin at Myotokuji

              Hi

              Today I leave Myotokuji.

Head monk advise to me ,for me now I need to do more hard work at outside.

Because 7 day Sesshin is too much for me.

So I will go to Kozenji where my family temple at country side.

I will practice at there and help my family, planting vegetables and rice.

              I will go next journey.

Also my teacher agree my thoughts.

And I will come back again Myotokuji.
