Insight Timer on iphone

Hi all

I just got a new phone (iphone SE) and one of the first things I did was to install Insight Timer.

However, while the beginning bells work fine, it never plays the end bell which is a bit annoying as I am back to the old fashioned clock watching this was supposed to do away with!

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to fix it? I have checked that I do not have it on silent or anything like that.

hi Kokuu, the beginning, middle (if you want) and end bells have separate volume controls. You may have your end bell off or too low volume. Tap the little speaker icon bottom left on screen, to reveal volumes control.

Wonderful! I did exactly as you said and found that the end bell volume was indeed set to 0%.

The test will be when I sit tomorrow but am optimistic!

Hello Kokuu,
After you set the volume you have to tap "save" two times. First in the bottom right of the volume speaker screen then in the upper right of the next which is main meditation session screen. After that changes will be saved in the "presets".
Please check again may be this is the reason.
