      My experience thus far:



      Most important is to see clearly and be kind. Zazen can help. But most of the "awakened," compassionate people I know have never heard of Zazen.



      It is good to be still and quiet, sometimes.

        Yes! At times it has really bugged me that some folks seem to achieve what I strive for without practicing... but in that very sentence is the answer why (me, I, achieve...)
        There's more than one way to walk Buddha's path, and some of them don't even involve having heard of Buddha!
