    "Tomorrow and technology will change Buddhism." is again expressing a certainty that this will be the case.

    I understand this book to be kind of a call for action?
    I think the version below reflects this best.

    Buddhism can change technology and tomorrow.
    Tomorrow and technology will change Buddhism.
