[Zen Sports] Not only tennis, running, and tai-chi

Just a quick shoutout to anyone who doesn’t feel drawn to "traditional" Zen sports like tennis, running, tai chi, or archery — that’s totally okay. My believe is Zen sports can be (or not be — it’s all about our hearts and intentions):
    - weightlifting
    - bodybuilding
    - functional training
    - boxing
    - kickboxing
    - Muai Thai
    - grappling/BBJ
    - freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling
    - armwrestling

      Thanks for asking!
Due to back issues, I currently do hiking, rucking, and some functional strength training.
I used to train boxing and grappling in the past.

Huh! Somebody should do something with Zen and Martial Arts! I wonder why nobody thought of that!

        .
Maybe because those Zen masters are always playing tennis!

In addition to tai chi and yoga, I do a little of weight lifting in the gym. It helps me keep my ageing body in shape needed for my physical work on the beach slopes. During the workout I try to raise and maintain zazen mind making it part of my practice too
