            what, that's crazy I thought I was the only one, I don't get up quite that early, but usually 6pm to do yoga and zazen.

                      Wow! Some wonderful photographers in this sangha! I've not had a chance to check out all the pics yet, but so far my favorite is the one of the sign saying to "leave your regrets here".
