Sun peeking out from the mountains signalling the end of morning zazen. I lived in that hut this year and sat zazen under the bamboo strand. Taken from my new dwelling, a tall house with woven bamboo walls and leaf roofs.
I’m enjoying the photos and with the camera built into my new iPhone 11, I won’t need another larger device hanging from my wrist. Other folks produce excellent photos as well. I have wondered how to convert images from my DSLR camera. There must be a way! I do have thousands of images from which to chose. The files are too large. With my phone it’s easy. The phone automatically asks me the size of the image.

Wow thank you for letting us take a peek into your beautiful world! How I would love to come and sit with you someday.
I speak of limited funds, and, yet, I own 3 DSLR cameras, 1 SLR camera, and lenses, 4 electronic flash, and 2 tripods, a couple dozen gadgets. So, I now own an iPhone 11, more than most people earn in a month. Where did Tai Shi get his money? Well, my wife gives me a modest allowance from my Social Security. I cannot show you some of my most beautiful photos because though folks on Treeleaf Zendo have tried to show me how to downsize, I learn better when the teacher stands with me. It took me a long time for passwords; I own much computer equipment. Where did the money come from? Some like my little Chromebook was paid for long ago when I was more extravagant. Finally, after many years, I understand some commands in Word, enough to have produced two books. Addiction burns deep, but I have some nice "stuff." Some was gift some was too much. I retired 10 years. It's time to learn. My wife watches over me, as do two sponsors. I'm addicted to credit, only now paying it off. I have beautiful photos you can hold. I love the pictures on this site and wish I could show you mine. The dog is wonderful as are the elk, the flowers, all the photos.
