[ARTS] Ink painting after zazen last night

While I was sitting I had an overwhelming feeling of being connected to all beings. Part of my practice is ink painting, so I decided to try to paint what I felt. I don't follow all the traditional rules but I follow the essence I think. I use a digital medium, the app ZenBrush 3 to create these as I don't have much space in my home to store finished art.

The words are "All is one, One is all, So beautiful" "May all being be happy and free of suffering"

    Gassho,

                      Beautiful work, thanks for sharing!

One question, where do you use the app ZenBrush 3, phone or tablet? I didn't know this existed and now I'd like to try it, but my phone's screen maybe a bit too small to make the most of it.

Thank you very much, Alina. I use an Android tablet. I know it is available for Apple as well. It is a phone app too and there is a zoom feature that might help, but I have not tried on a phone. Might be easier with a stylus than a finger. I hope it works out for you.

Amacon carries Zen Caligraphy brushes, and I'n sure what else, but I know they have a full line of art supplies, so it's worth a look.

Yes, indeed they do. If one has the space, it is quite rewarding to practice with ink, brush and paper. Princeton makes a very nice big brush that I used for this when I worked with paper. But there are, like you said, complete sets of brushes and ink for this.
