[ARTS] I've been practicing Enso as an act of service.

    Anyone here practice Enso?
I've been doing them at music, and poetry events for a while now.
I usually gift them to the Performers who were onstage when I made them, but this year I've expanded this practice by taking my gear to music festivals and setting up at a"Mindfulness booth"
where we have Tea, Fans, Meditation, etc....
My friend who practices Kirtan and Is a licensed massage therapist will often setup with me too.
We create a little oasis of Stillness in the greater mass of Energy and action.
I've been really enjoying the experience of sharing this practice with people. And watching them create Their Own Ensos and paintings too.
Sitting Zazen with them, Being of service as I'm able.

I feel like our Space is often people's short resets, in the midst of a four day Stimulus overload at these events.
And it's very interesting to hold the Space, and sitz and flow in that kind of environment.
I feel more compassion since I've begun doing this, More connection with strangers.
And More stable in my own practice and self.
It's been an interesting experience so far.
