This is the third time that someone here at TreeLeaf has felt inspired to try doing something with my music. It is flattering to learn that my music inspires people. I make music for myself primarily and am grateful that other people enjoy it too.

I have tried on multiple occasions to be motivated to record and complete albums... But I lack the basic stick-to-itiveness. I also am not generally inspired by my own stuff produced in isolation... So I seem to have found a niche being a bit of a bedroom producer.

I produce for a couple of people and collaborate on a few tracks that are mainly in the afrobeat/aftopop genre and apparently, according to my friend "our shits blowing up in Sierra Leone right now"...

Unfortunately it's nothing I feel totally comfortable with posting here because of some of the topics that my friend sings about.... But they are culturally relevant to him and I like his voice and his originality... The tough part has always been in collaborating how to maintain the soul of the song and to not take it over.... (which I obviously failed miserably on this track) lol....

Anyway when I listen to your stuff and listened to magic daffodils it opened my mind and made me loosen up a little bit in terms of making noise because I enjoy the sound of it and to hell with what other people might think of it...
