Tonglen Practice Circle 25 December 2022

Hello Bodhisattvas!

This Sunday, 25 December 2022, there will be another special guided Tonglen Practice Circle for anyone who wishes to do taking and sending practice for themselves and everyone affected by current world situations and the fear and anxiety that can go with them.

This event will occur in the Scheduled Sitting Room (SSR) at 8pm UK time (UST/GMT) and last for around 35 minutes. The Treeleaf calendar will translate the time into your local time zone.

Hi Anchi,

Tonglen is happening now, but I think it is not being livestreamed.

Due to the holiday, I could not do Techno-Ino today.

You are welcome to join Tonglen on Zoom if you like Or if you wish to sit with a previous recorded Tonglen, that is fine also.

All is well, just happened a bit differently today due to availability. I think all will return to normal (with me, anyway) next Sunday.
