The Tonglen Practice Circle will be happening tomorrow in the scheduled sitting room at the following times:

Western Europe - 9pm
EDT - 3pm
CDT - 2pm
MDT - 1pm
PDT - 12pm
AKDT - 11am
Tokyo - 5am (Monday)

Yes, that would be good. I often post on Saturday and Sunday and didn't this time.

It may just be a summer thing but worth having a think about. What I might do, if it is okay, is send reminders to anyone who usually attends.
