Thank you Kokuu and everyone for your practice. A fitting end to my home retreat day.

I know it is too late to participate this month, but perhaps I can find a link on You Tube If I only knew the name of this woman Roshi, not the right honor. Per perhaps someone knows her name?

              Hi Tai Shi,

Kokuu posted a video to a guided Tonglen by Pema Chödrön here:
Dear all Tai Shi requested a guided tonglen meditation so I found this one by Pema Chödrön for the time being, although may produce one myself also: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwqlurCvXuM Something that Jundo said recently about this tonglen practice 'class' made me think I should be offering a greater explanation

I hope this is what you are looking for.

Sorry, Tai Shi! I did not realise what you were asking for.

                Sekishi has it right.
