I am wise because I am an old man, and that is the truth. I am always surprised when a child calls me sir. Sometimes a young person offers me help. Then, sometimes I offer advice, and the young person listens intently. I have heard of some who took my advice, and it worked out for them. However, sometimes another young person will not follow through and get into trouble. I was trained as a teacher.

We can only give advice and let it go. What happens to it involves Karma

I really like that perspective Shokai. I’m sure I’ll need to remind myself of it
