    The 73rd of 108 Gates Of Dharma Illumination

    The Seventy-third Gate:
    Read the following, place it in your heart and sleep on it. Then, tomorrow, live it until evening when you can leave a brief comment on what you may have received during the process.

    The balanced state, as a part of the state of truth, is a gate of Dharma illumination; for [with it] we recognize that all dharmas are in equilibrium.

    A “Dharma Gate” is a teaching or practice that can lead to spiritual growth: some kind of positive outcome in terms of our practice. A way to approach the truth.

    Koan:

    Achieving balance in Life

    Most note worthy replies:
    Equanimity, or the balanced state, allows us to recognize that all dharmas are in equilibrium because it helps us let go of our biases and preferences. When we approach things with equanimity, we don't judge them as good or bad, but rather as they are. This allows us to see things clearly and objectively, and recognize their inherent interconnectedness and interdependence.

    All things in balance
    Since day one;
    Only mind wobbles.
