    [Ecodharma] No Action Too Small

    Dear ecosattvas

I found this an interesting article today, written by a journalist who resolves that instead of living in fear of the climate crisis, she is instead going to act, and quotes the climate psychologist Caroline Hickman:

Small changes are phenomenal. It’s not just about impact, it’s about your soul; about living the best life you can.
Often I think that when faced with such a huge issue as climate change, we can feel helpless and that nothing we can do is equal to the size of the task ahead. However, the thing is that small acts also have an impact, and one act tends to beget another, both in our own behaviour, and the behaviour of others.

Starting small is far better than not starting at all.
