If you can practice Antaiji and Kotaiji,these are best things.
I was at Antaiji practice with Abbot Muho and was at Kotaiji practice with Reiho San.
They translate this book.

Also Uchiyama Roshi was at Antaiji.Our linage is also from Sawaki Roshi.

This book is in Japanese 禅に聞け,like,ask from Zen.

Hope to have real practice.Reading book is reading book.Also reading is practice
