This time, do yourself some small task that you often delegate to others, and be aware in your heart how even the small task contributes to you, your family and all in the wider economy eating.
Chapter 36 - Don't Blame Others - Face some opportunity to blame others at work, or face some job that you feel has been unfairly forced upon you by someone else, and just do the job while dropping all blame from your heart this time.
