"Simple Living" - Chapters 11 and 12

Going to jump right in

I tried Ch. 11 practice for lunch today. It happened to be in a busy In & Out restaurant! I found my lunch more enjoyable with each bite. Also, I feel as though the act of savoring and being present for the meal makes the world around more noticeable along with it.

Either that or it was too noisy!
