We're All In This Together (6) - PANIC Zazen!

Are there times when sitting Zazen may be "too much" because we're freaking out with what's going on? Yes, there sure are.

Don't feel bad about taking a break from sitting when feeling overwhelmed.

            Dear Jundo,

this is exactly why I do like zazen and zen practice. A lot of it is a common sense and it's really suited to (wo)men's needs.

            Great video!

Thank you Jundo. Lovely perspective. So reaffirming and positive. It's such a relief that we don't have to be superhuman . Yesterday I was all-knotted up, but found that sitting zazen, just observing and accepting my tension (I added gentle music), allowed the day's sunlight in .

Yes, thank you Jundo for including all of us, my wife is 65 on April 3rd, I am 68, and we have seen no one in days, and no one calls, and I feel so alone. Our families think we are the strong ones because of our education, so no one calls, we can't visit, and I can't go to AA meetings, or THE UU church 25 miles away because there are no services, and there is very little we can do, and do? Facebook is not the solution. The men I sponsor need the strength of me, so I must call them, all I have is the Sangha, Treeleaf Zendo, please. Answer. I received one good letter from one new man.
