Dear All,

They take me downstairs in a few hours. Nothing more to say, nothing more in need of doing. All systems go.

I wonder if you would just sit with me for a few minutes, even a minute or two, wherever you are. I sat until the nurse came to poke me again.

Thank you to members of our Sangha who are sitting tomorrow too. It is lovely how these times pull a community together. To all people everywhere in hospital tonight.
