      Thank you Jundo! Great reminder to be gentle with ourselves when we stumble. (I was a little hard on myself for missing evening zen last night due to my body being in pain from me thinking I’m still in my 20s, and hiking accordingly!)
      I’m reminded of a line from the movie “Batman Begins”:
      “Why do we fall master Bruce?”
      “ To pick ourselves back up again…”
