I wouldn't necessary call it a "prayer" ... and you need not even call it "refuge" ... but the name of the thread is "Refuge Prayer" ...

I am currently reading Living By Vow and starting the chapter on the refuge prayer. I go for refuge each morning after sitting as refuge prayers have been part of my practice for many years and something I value greatly. At present I use Sanskrit verses but is there a Treeleaf refuge prayer? Gassho Andy

Hi, I found this page relating to the practice of the Kesa/Rakusu, and have a question: http://www.nozt.org/teachings/kesapractice.shtml Hope it's ok to ask, but is it acceptable/desirable here to wear the rakusu as much as possible as the paragraph suggests? Travelling etc. Gassho Matt
