Time to say a few things. Suppose you take part in a retreat of some sort led by a charismatic and great teacher of a non Zen tradition, and you suddenly interrupt him and start to explain the whole show about Dogen, the practice, the lineage and show how it clearly works and how beautiful and true it is...I can imagine that

I have come across a way to bring my attention to the present moment. I wanted to know if this worked with other people or is my mind playing a game on me. On my run today I closed my eyes for 2 seconds and forgot where I was. When I opened my eyes I asked out loud Where am I? I tried to see the world I was in without knowing
