    Hello Teachers and Students,
I am sending this short note regarding my recent separation from the sangha because I became overwhelmed. I, in my eagerness to find community and understanding, tried to devour too much too fast and it made me "sick". I took some time to be and to sit with the tradition, and now I feel ready to rejoin the studies. I hope you will forgive my abrupt exit and please do not take offense from it. I look forward to once again learning from you all if you will have me back at Treeleaf. Thank you.

All in balance and moderation, Lou, not too loose or strung too tight. The Middle Way.

        What Jundo said.

Glad to have you back (although you were never gone since there is nowhere to leave or go to)!
