The Nineteenth Gate
Reflection on suffering is a gate of Dharma illumination; for [with
it] we cease all aspirations.
Suffering :
to undergo or feel pain or distress
May we together with all buddhas
Reflect on suffering of all beings
That we may be free to see reality
May this offering bring peace to all beings
May our actions contribute to the harmony of The Universe
And, may all hearts and minds be opened to The Present.
