Thank you everyone. I lost my connection and couldn't get back in so I did the second half one way. The zazenkai was still lovely. Have a great weekend!

I have a lot to learn; take anything I say that sounds like teaching with a grain of salt.
Nice to sit with you all again today - I'm glad one of you muted my microphone, I was just about to do it when a car with the bass pumping pulled up outside, so glad you didn't have to hear that! Still, even drum and bass is the universe making its presence known

I am a novice priest-in-training. Anything that I say must not be considered as teaching
and should be taken with a 'grain of salt'.
I sat today with the recording and it was great to sit with you all. It was also good to hear another language being spoken and to share our session with an expert in the tea ceremony. It really resonated with me.
Sat On Demand, last two mornings. Dharma talk got me thinking my tea and coffee making process each morning (which includes feeding the dog and letting the chickens out - not connected I point out :-) ) is almost ritualistic and fairly identical each day. Only thing missing is appropriate bows. Mmm, even includes the odd spillage and fumble, reflecting the likely day ahead.
