It was lovely sitting with you all! Apologies for any confusion during the Heart Sutra—I had a vertigo spell and had to (literally) catch myself. Including this with Jundo's weekly homework.

We should not think that we will practice the Way on another day. Do not just spend this day or moment in vain; simply practice diligently day by day, moment by moment.

Just sat with y'all from a rather chaotic Midtown Atlanta hotel room.

Seems appropriate considering the Dharma talk.

It was lovely sitting with you all today. Jundo's talk really resonated with me today. It is good to remember that peace and joy are always there and accessible.
