ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

Thank you all for coming together to practice—in real time or "other" time. And thank you (as always) Jundo for the talk, Shujin for keeping us on pace with your Ino-ing, and Bion for all of the behind-the-scenes techno wizardry.

Thank you Jundo for the excellent talk, and to everyone for making the zazenkai available for those who couldn't attend 'in-person.' I'm grateful to be able to sit with you in the past/present/future.

              Thank you Jundo and everyone.

              I just sat yesterday.

Indeed, it reminds me with Kinhin too. We walk, but also we stop at every step. We stop at every moment, eventhough we are keep walking.
