    Please sit our Treeleaf Zazenkai for 90 minutes with Zazen, Heart Sutra and more. We meet virtually in our Zoom Scheduled Sitting Room here:

    ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

          Good morning,

          I just sat Zazenkai with you all, thank you for sharing practice with me! Great talk Jundo, thank you. Sometimes for me it’s easy to get caught up in concepts instead of actualizing them. A great reminder to do, and with faith that all is whole and complete. (I’ve been judging my Zazen lately… I will stop with that) Thank you Roshi!
