When sitting, just sit. When driving, just drive. =)

Audiobooks help me a lot when I've got a long drive.

          Yes, well said.
          It's all good practice.
Just read that Thai monks in Los Angeles are allowed to drive cars but only on monastery or dharma business.
For us maybe it's all dharma business
          😊 -)

              Hi everyone,

Thought I'd give you an update. My drive today was much less stressful. I drove a bit slower and listened to a dharma talk from Deer Park Monastery. Mindfulness helped a lot and I didn't get angry, thankfully.

It was a nice change, and I made sure I had time to sit this morning, which I'm sure helped a touch.

              Thank you all so much!

              Gassho,
              Will
