Important! Treeleaf Rohatsu Eetreat in Sweden!

    Hi.

This year we will try something special, We will prerecord one part of the Treeleaf Rohatsu Retreat.

The Recording of the Treeleaf Rohatsu Retreat will be in sweden on the 29/11 at rödjorna retreatcenter, located in the beautiful swedish national park of Tiveden.
It will be led by Fugen and start at roughly 9.00 (9 am).
The food served will be vegan/vegetarian.
It is earlier than the broadcasting dates of the Treeleaf Rohatsu Retreat as we will prerecord it and put it up on the correct date, which leads to the possibility of you sitting with yourself live...

There is possibilities for sleepover before and after, both at Fugen's place and at the retreat center, which also serves as an bed and breakfast.
    Link to Rödjornas retreatcenter: http://www.retreat-sweden.com/Retreat-Sweden/Home.html

    Interested in joining?
plz post in this thread or contact Fugen.

Further updates will be posted in this thread.

    Thank you for your practice.

    Thank you Fugen.

Just to clarify some of what he wrote, he means that part of our upcoming "AT HOME" 2-DAY ROHATSU RETREAT (currently scheduled for the weekend of December 6th & 7th, via live netcast) will actually be recorded during Fugen's Retreat in Sweden on 11/29 . This will be done for reasons of differences in time zone and because it is a good opportunity for folks to join in sitting there live with Fugen which will also be Netcast again for Rohatsu! So you can sit with Fugen during his live Netcast from home, or travel to Sweden and sit in November, and then sit again during our Rohatsu Retreat in December!

So, you can actually join the Retreat twice and sit with yourself later, once then and once later then, and both here and there! (Boy, maybe I am just confusing things more!)

Anyway, if you would like to see what the Rohatsu Retreat looked like in years past, please look here. It will pretty much be like that now or then.

WELCOME ... ... to our TREELEAF 'AT HOME' Two Day 'ALL ONLINE' ROHATSU (Buddha's Enlightenment Day) RETREAT, being held by LIVE NETCAST on Saturday/Sunday December 7th and 8th, 2013 (though starting Friday night in some time zones). Please 'sit-a-long' with the LIVE NETCAST at the times below ... to be visible

      H guys!

Now you made my head spin!

I don't think I can make it to Sweden, but I will definitely sit Rohatsu from here.

This experiment is important because if it works (and why shouldn't it?), we can record Rohatsu segments from all over the planet and then make the videos available as one event. I like it!

              Hi Fugen,

It looks very interesting indeed! What are the costs of the retreat itself? I need to do some calculations and see if I can afford to travel there
Sweden is one of my favourite countries for holidays, I would love to go there for a long weekend.

                  Hi.

The "rent" for the retreatcenter will be somewhere in the lines 0f a total of 500 swedish crowns, roughly 50 dollars/euro, other than the actual cost of rent and food, nothing but your time, effort and smile.

                    Hi.

The price for staying at the retreatcenter (B&B) is 290 Skr/night.

And the people at the retreatcenter has agreed to pick up people at laxå trainstation if you want to come by train...

                      Fugen,

I'd be there with bells on if I could! However, money and time will likely be the biggest reasons why I cannot.

                      Gassho,

                        Sorry Fugen,

maybe I've overread it, but where exactly (Sweden, yes...) does this take place?
Like, the name of the train station?
                        Just playing with thoughts...
(Having read through the Rohatsu-materiel, I'm hopelessly searching my kitchen for nesting bowls. I'll have to put tape marks on my bedroom floor to know where to walk and where not. Nope, I definitely do not want to do this on video
But I'll sit with you anyway.)

                          Hi.

Danny, according to google maps its here, basically at the top part northern part of the lake vättern, the right one of the two biggest lakes in sweden.

The easiest way to get there by train, when coming from Germany is to start at malmö, then gothenbourg and either skövde trainstation (near me) or laxå trainstation (nearest trainstation to the center) where the people from rödjorna will pick you up.

You are very welcome to come join us, as are all!

                            Hi.

                            Time is closing fast.

I would like to know which Treeleafers will be attending and if you choose to do so will sleep over at the B&B, and also how you will transport yourself there.

We are currently about ten people joining in, apart from our people here, but for the record, food and such things, plz let me know if you are coming asf...

Hi Fugen, unfortunately I am unable to attend after all.
