Sat the wobbly zazen with Dosho and Jundo in the morning, and just finished the Dosho/Kelly-zenkai. Thank you all and Gassho!

And thank you to the kids for zapping me out of my drowsiness from time to time. So nice to sit with you all.

My heart is so full, yet it is hard to put in words.

What a wonderful 2 days it has been...a truly beautiful experience, a time of practice, conversations between friends like we've done it for years (and we have), lots of laughs and watching our boys play together for the very first time. I'm so happy to have had this opportunity to practice with you all.

Jundo and Dosho, please have a safe trip to Canada/Niagara Falls - give Jakudo, Daizan and Shokai a big hug from us. Enjoy each other's company!
