Oh that would definitely make it easier ... What's the max number of participants for a hangout? First come first served (a cup of tea)?

I'm told 9 at the moment, but as we are several priests on there, we could always split up and make more hangouts.
But the important point is not how many we are but that we are, because if you don't serve, who will?
