    TV series: Life

    I came across some reviews of this series, so I bought the two seasons on DVD:

    Background summary: the lead character is a cop who was framed for murder, and who spends 12 years in jail before getting exonerated. In jail, he discovers zen. It's a basic cop show, with a twist of zen. Has anyone seen it?

          It's somewhat mediocre. The zen references are pretty vague, at least in the first dozen episodes I've seen so far.

              I've watched it all the way through. I liked it okay as a summer filler. It's definitely not a good intro to Zen.
