To our friends in Russia and Ukraine... this hits especially hard when you're coming from a wartorn country such as Bosnia and Herzegovina. May this madness stop.

I urge all the members of Treeleaf Sangha to steer clear of the live-updates type of reporting - this induces a state of mental stress. Take good care of yourself.

All our friends in conflict zones, I would appreciate it if you could (when you can) post an update and report live and well. If there is anything else that can be done besides sitting, please let us know.
