Hi

We finished year-end Sesshin at Tenryuji,from 19th to 25th.

We sit one period for three hours,we can take a rest or Kinhin by myself.This style is by Kodo Sawaki Roshi.

And we make Kadomatsu decoration for new year,Japanese traditional style.

I hope we will have good new year
