    Wii Fit zazen

My husband and I are looking at this system as a way to exercise together. I found this while reading about it:
(while sitting on the 'balance board' that is one of the many accessories)

    Zazen
Objective: Sit perfectly still and don't disrupt the candle!
    # How to Unlock: Accumulate 3:00 Fit minutes Sit on the Balance Board cross-legged and don't move a muscle. Any twitch you make will cause air to rush over the candle, potentially putting it out!

        Funny you should ask, Will...

There's another 'yoga mat' accessory that can combine with it, so you can get both pieces!

Perhaps for fun, but I don't think for serious practice. Could be distracting.

            Hey all,

I bought a Wii Fit a couple weeks ago and found the zazen feature only the other day. It is a balance game and the point is to sit as still as possible for up to 3 minutes. There are distracting noises played throughout the game and if you move at all a candle flickers more actively. When I unlocked the game after accumulating enough credits, I just looked back at my wife and we were both a bit dumbfounded. I wonder if there is more to it sinced many of the balance games have advanced settings that unlock after awhile...I'll keep everyone posted on that!
