Philosopher Bernardo Kastrup's Essentia Foundation will release the book late this year. LINK I also recently posted about being in "nerd heaven" as Robert Lawrence Kuhn of the long running "Big Questions" series, Closer to Truth, wrote about the book as part of their website's consciousness project: Dr. Kuhn rejects the vast majority of the hundreds and hundreds of suggestions and submissions he receives, especially crank, frivolous, and overly illogical ideas, and is very tough and typically accepts for inclusion only hypotheses from major scientists and philosophers. So, to be included was a big personal surprise and joy. LINK
