Gate Ninety-nine
Read the following, place it in your heart and sleep on it. Then, tomorrow, live it until evening when you can leave a brief comment on what you may have received during the process.
Stillness is a gate of Dharma illumination; for it realizes, and is replete with, the samādhi of the Tathāgata.
A “Dharma Gate” is a teaching or practice that can lead to spiritual growth: some kind of positive outcome in terms of our practice. A way to approach the truth.
Koan:
"When you are under stress, your body's natural repair mechanisms are disabled. When you can cultivate silence and stillness, clarity develops in your mind and has a settling effect. Your body is not independent of your brain, so it will relax as well."

Most note worthy replies :
"How appropriate. To abide in resting. To act in accordance with slowing down.
When I think of stillness I think of tranquility, even to a point of inaction."
Notes:
* Stillness : A deeper awareness of the Dharma.

Approaching dhyāna
It dances from my grasp
Even as the drops fall. But
This is it, this moment, the now
Do not waste it.
As the dust settles
Vision clears
Revealing all truths
It dances from my grasp
Even as the drops fall. But
This is it, this moment, the now
Do not waste it.
As the dust settles
Vision clears
Revealing all truths
