Hello, dear sangha
On Wednesday, August 30th, on the day of the full ("Blue/Super") moon, we get together again to be reminded of the Precepts, to recommit to them and to atone for past misdeeds, as it has been the custom since the time of Shakyamuni Buddha, within the Sangha. This ceremony in Soto Zen is called Ryaku Fusatsu.
The history of the monthly full moon ceremony is explained HERE

We hope you can join us! All are welcome to attend or participate, having received the Precepts or not. We look forward to seeing you there!
