    Dear all

A reasonably short (~15 minute) talk on Zazen.

    hi Kokuu,

i was on line when you posted your second story, so i could take it as hot as it was served
I like the idea of zazen as a laboratory for daily life.. and i love this expression: flowering on the cushion.

    thank you,

Thank you, Kokuu. Oh, not trying to force the flower to bloom—what a helpful point! It brought to mind another flower. Each moment on the cushion (and every other moment), Buddha is holding up that flower.

Wonderful talk, Kokuu. Watching the flower slowly bloom over time with practice. Lovely
