            Lovely. Lovely.

Master Ma is apparently well enough to talk for 40 minutes straight!

Hi Kokuu, your talk gave me a different perspective on living with chronic illness. I could relate to your examples, and the sun and moon. Thank you for your teaching.

                        Tai Shi is unwell,
To live now in what I am,
                        Leave Ancient History
Now I look at computer keyboard,
Sigh without all O2 coming into lungs,
                        I am feeling tight again,
I sit before another day again
                        Not tight from drink, substance
                        Gone to chemical balance,
                        What will they teach me,
                        Moe exercise, recommend
                        At home, I will do,
                        Had done yesterday,
                        Make true right now,
